We hosted our daughter’s wedding at the George Inn. Laurie and the staff were extremely professional and helpful, the food was perfect in every way and the accommodation and venue we would highly recommend for future weddings or occasions.
Dropped into The George with my son early Sunday evening, had a couple of starters and then steaks, all the food was lovely and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Will be back when passing this way again!! Thanks very much will mention you to others.
We stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely, relaxing stay! Recently refurbished, the bedrooms are clean and tidy. The hotel and bar itself had a lovely Christmassy vibe. Staff were very helpful - would definitely go back! Close to Warminster centre. Recommend 100%
Amazing place! We stayed here for an overnight trip to Light Festival and Bath for our daughter’s 18th. Food was delicious. Rooms lovely and felt like home. Staff were so helpful. This is a beautiful idyllic place to stay and we will definitely be recommending it! Thanks for a great stay!
Best little pub and B&B in Wiltshire. Gorgeous bedroom, beautifully coordinated cushions, window blind, wallpaper making the room feel really warm and welcoming. Clean and comfortable. Absolutely delicious Full English for breakfast, but best of all, an absolute character running the place, with slight "Basil Faulty" tendencies. We loved it, and will certainly return.
What a fantastic place. We absolutely loved it here! We found it after visiting the spa at Longleat and fancied a meal before we went home. They put us on a lovey table in the pub side of it. Service was great and the food even better, super tasty and really well presented. I had the burger which was huge and couldn't finish. My partner had the chicken which was really, really good. Prices were really fair and it was a lovey experience, I wish it was closer to home.
We were warmly welcomed to this delightful restaurant and immediately showed to a table. Wide choice of meals and good range of prices on the menu. Thoroughly recommend Steak Pie, real old fashioned pastry, as light as a feather, well cooked and very tasty. Friendly helpful staff, will definitely go back again.
