We’ve been working hard to make sure your can Dine Inn Safely with us. We have spent time training our team on keeping our Guests and Team safe, invested in the right chemicals, systems, PPE and processes whilst making sure our pubs are as warm as welcoming as possible. It goes without saying that we will have clearly marked and separate entrances and exits as well as lots of sanitising stations around the pubs as well as restricting the number of Guests allowed in to keep everyone safe.
We’re creating extra space inside our restaurants by removing tables where needed, to make sure everyone has enough room to feel comfortable and safe. We have made sure we have enough signage around to help remind us all where we may need it and will be operating a one-in-one-out system for our toilets.
We’ll be reducing contact points by only using table service for food and drink, delivering all food and drink on trays, using fully sealed and cleanable menus, starting with empty sanitised tables and bringing your clean cutlery and napkins to you when you are seated as well as providing individual sauces with all meals rather than in bottles and jars. You can also choose to order your food with our serving team as you always have, or use our online ordering system if you would prefer us to stay away! Add to that our move to being cashless and an increased contactless payment amount of up to £45!
We’ve always taken great care to ensure our pubs are thoroughly clean. And now we’ve taken extra steps to improve on our already high standards. Our team will all be focusing even more on the key touch point through the day, every table will be sanitised between visits and all of our cleaning products are certified to be effective against COVID-19.
Our team members will be provided with all the protective equipment they need to work safely. Cleaning team members will wear gloves and aprons and every team member will be able to wear a face mask or visor if they choose to. As our team arrive for work they will complete an electronic health questionnaire and have their temperature checked too!
