The traditional Smithy Bar is a cosy winter retreat, complete with oak beamed panels, wooden furniture and obligatory log fire. At night, however, the bar bursts into life with a mix of local clientele and visitors from further afield.

We offer a full range of local and premium ale, lager and ciders and fine wines, but we also offer a variety of soft drinks, teas and coffees for our younger customers or nominated drivers. Free WIFI internet connectivity is available for the business travellers amongst us.

During the summer months, our extensive grounds provide the perfect environment to enjoy a drink on the banks of the River Wylye with family and friends.

Monday - Thursday: 11am - 11pm

Friday: 11am - midnight

Saturday: 11am - 11pm

Sunday: 12 noon - 10.30pm

We offer an extensive range of tempting dishes to suit for all tastes and dietary requirements. We pride ourselves in providing freshly cooked food made using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.

We have created a special steak menu using local beef, which is cooked to your taste and served with a choice of sauces.

Our ever-popular Sunday Carvery, with tender cuts of three different roasts and a healthy selection of seasonal fresh vegetables, offers fantastic value for money and provides a perfect opportunity for you to relax and enjoy with friends and family.
